Okebaji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 General Terms

Okebaji is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between okebaji and the user ("you" or "member").

Reading these terms in full is mandatory before using any okebaji service. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

02 Account Registration

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. This means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing any bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses may result in account termination.
• Okebaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only. Each person is eligible for the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on okebaji. These terms and conditions apply to all betting markets.

5.1 Placing a Bet

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply individually to each market.
• Okebaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is partially completed, results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant market.
• If a match is suspended during live betting, okebaji's decision shall be considered final.

5.3 Changes to Odds

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes to odds will not affect a confirmed bet.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okebaji. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate action.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus conditions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Participating in any activities related to match fixing.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit odds differences across platforms to secure guaranteed profits.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Money Laundering: Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions through okebaji.

07 Account Cancellation & Suspension

Okebaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a request to customer support. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to applicable conditions).

08 Limitation of Liability

Okebaji strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, okebaji's liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, data providers).
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.

Okebaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
